Silentias LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 09, 2026

Silentias LLC ("Silentias," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit silentias.com (the "Site") or purchase our products, how we use and protect it, who else receives it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

By using the Site or providing us your information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

One

What this policy covers

This policy applies to silentias.com and to the information we hold as Silentias LLC.

If you buy from us through a marketplace rather than through our own site, that marketplace collects your information under its own privacy policy, and we receive only what it passes to us to fulfill your order. Please read that marketplace's policy for how it handles your information.

Two

What we collect

Information you give us

Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and what you ordered. If you subscribe, your plan and your billing schedule. When you write to us, whatever you tell us in that message. When you leave a review, the content and the name you choose to display.

Payment information

Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. We see only the last four digits, the card type, and whether the payment succeeded.

Information collected automatically

Your IP address, browser and device type, time zone, the pages you view, what you search for on the site, and how you move through it. This comes from cookies and similar technologies, described in Section Five.

Information we receive from others

The services we rely on to run the store, and the marketplaces where we sell, pass us the information we need to take and fulfill your order. Where you bought through a marketplace, that platform decides what it sends us.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined under U.S. state privacy law, and we do not ask for it.

Three

Why we use it

  • To take your order, charge you, ship to you, and keep your subscription running;
  • To send order confirmations, shipping notices, and subscription reminders. These are service messages and are not marketing;
  • To answer you when you write to us;
  • To send marketing email, only if you asked us to;
  • To understand how the site is used, so we can make it better;
  • To show our advertising, and to measure whether it worked;
  • To detect fraud and protect the store;
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information for money.

Four

Who else sees it

We are a small company and we rely on a small number of services to run. Each one receives only what it needs to do its work.

  • Our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes checkout and payments;
  • Our subscription platform, which manages recurring orders and your account portal;
  • Our email platform, which sends order messages and, if you asked for it, marketing;
  • Our reviews platform, which collects and displays product reviews;
  • The marketplaces where we sell, for orders placed there;
  • Our advertising and analytics partners, who help us show and measure our advertising;
  • Our shipping carrier, which receives your name and address in order to deliver your parcel.

If you would like to know the specific companies behind any of these, write to support@silentias.com and we will tell you.

These companies may only use your information to do the work we ask of them.

We will also share information where the law requires it, to respond to a legal process, to protect our rights or someone's safety, to investigate fraud, or if Silentias is ever sold or merged, in which case customer information may transfer with the business and we will say so here before it happens.

Five

Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies that are necessary to run the store, such as remembering what is in your cart, and cookies that help us understand how the site is used and show advertising.

Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.

You can control cookies through the banner shown when you arrive, and through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may mean parts of the site no longer work properly.

Six

Advertising

We advertise on social platforms. To do that, and to see whether our advertising works, information about your visit may be shared with those platforms. Under some U.S. state privacy laws this counts as sharing for targeted advertising, even though no money changes hands.

You can opt out of this. See Section Eight.

We do not use services that identify anonymous visitors in order to email them. If you did not give us your address, we do not write to you.

Seven

How long we keep it

  • Order and transaction records, seven years, because tax and accounting law requires it;
  • Subscription records, for as long as the subscription is active and seven years after, for the same reason;
  • Marketing contacts, until you unsubscribe, and for a short period afterwards so that we honor your request;
  • Messages you send us, three years;
  • Website and analytics data, according to the expiry of the cookie that collected it.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except for the records the law requires us to keep.

Eight

Your choices and your rights

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you some or all of the following rights. Rather than list states, which change constantly, we extend these to anyone who asks, to the extent we are able.

  • To know what information we hold about you and why;
  • To receive a copy of it;
  • To have it corrected;
  • To have it deleted;
  • To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising;
  • To restrict or object to how we process your information;
  • To stop receiving marketing, at any time;
  • To withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it;
  • To complain to your local data protection authority, where one exists;
  • Not to be treated differently for exercising any of these.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message. Service messages about your orders and subscription will continue.

To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer, or decline advertising cookies in the banner.

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, automatically, without you having to write to us.

For anything else, write to support@silentias.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the law allows, normally forty-five days. You may authorize someone to make a request for you.

Nine

How we protect it

Our store runs on an established e-commerce platform that maintains PCI DSS compliance for payment processing, the security standard for handling card data. Traffic to and from our site is encrypted. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to do their work, and protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Ten

Children

Silentias is not intended for anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, write to support@silentias.com and we will delete it.

Eleven

Where your information is held

Silentias sells and ships within the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you visit the site from outside the United States, your information will be handled here, under United States law.

If you live somewhere with its own privacy law, that law may give you rights in addition to the ones in Section Eight. This includes the General Data Protection Regulation in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, PIPEDA and provincial laws such as Quebec's Law 25 in Canada, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles in Australia, the Privacy Act 2020 in New Zealand, and the Federal Act on Data Protection in Switzerland.

If the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we process your information on one of four legal bases: because it is necessary to perform our contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest that does not override your rights, because you gave consent, or because the law obliges us. We do not rely on any other basis.

Write to support@silentias.com and we will honor those rights to the extent they apply, and respond within the time your law allows. Where we transfer information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the Standard Contractual Clauses approved for that purpose.

Twelve

Other sites

Our site and our social accounts link to places we do not control. This policy does not cover them. Please read theirs.

Thirteen

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top tells you when the current version took effect. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold about you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
