Silentias has genuinely been a blessing in my nighttime routine. Since I started using them, my sleep has been better, my nights have been quieter, and I wake up feeling more refreshed.

I’ve tried a few different sleep strips, and these are the first ones I’ve actually wanted to keep using.

What stood out to me right away was how soft they feel. Other tapes have irritated my lips or felt too harsh, but these are gentle enough that I can peel one back to drink water and put it back on without any discomfort.

I also love that I don’t have to skip my nighttime skincare. I use water-based products, and the strip still stays in place really well.

Most importantly, I feel comfortable wearing it. I don’t get that trapped or panicky feeling I’ve had with other tapes, and I’ve been sleeping so much more peacefully since I started using them.

It’s such a small part of my nighttime routine now, but it’s made a surprisingly big difference. I’m genuinely obsessed!

To be honest, I had never heard of this product and initially ordered it to support my friend. However, after using it for a few months, I absolutely love it!

I have dental issues and already feel that it has been beneficial. I wake up in the morning with fresher breath and no more sweater teeth.

Additionally, the strip can be lifted and reapplied if needed. My mother in law used another brand and she said she had to throw it away if she had to remove it for any reason. This product is also very hydrating, comfortable to wear, and easy to use.

I'm more than in love with this product, you can tell a lot of thought and care went into creating it, from the presentation to the overall experience. It’s simple, well-designed, and easy to use. After trying so many different Mouth tapes having to suffer in the morning when removing it, stress about feeling claustrophobic ahahaha, Silentias product was comfortable to wear, stayed in place throughout the night, and was easy to remove in the morning. I also noticed that I woke up feeling less dry and more comfortable than I normally do, which was a nice surprise. The experience felt simple and easy to incorporate into a nighttime routine.

Bought this for my wife and it’s a hit. She loves the soothing, luxurious feel and how moisturized her lips stay. A major plus is that it actually stays on overnight, even though she gets up for sips of water.

I am a CPAP user, and since my last sleep study, I have been using a full-face mask. Lately, my mouth has been getting dry. I started using adhesive tape to seal my lips. This has helped, as I no longer experience mouth dryness since I began using it; I wear the mask over this medical tape. An important point is that the tape needs to be applied directly to the lips; facial hair growth does not cause it to come loose. It is truly solving my problem, and as long as it works, I won't look for any alternatives—meaning I won't have to resort to other measures. Thank you very much for your product, Silentias. Una diferencia que realmente puedo sentir.

He utilizado otros mouth tapes anteriormente, pero mi experiencia con Silentias ha sido completamente diferente. Lo primero que me sorprendió fue lo suave y delicado que se siente sobre los labios. Se mantiene en su lugar durante la noche y, al retirarlo, no siento que estoy maltratando una zona tan sensible de mi piel.

Antes de comenzar a utilizarlo, despertaba con una resequedad increíble en la boca. También solía tener pequeños sobresaltos o despertares durante la noche después de quedarme dormida. Desde que uso Silentias, personalmente he notado una diferencia enorme: ya no despierto con aquella resequedad y esos despertares que interrumpían mi descanso prácticamente han desaparecido. Como resultado, siento que mi sueño es más continuo, prolongado y reparador.

Algo que también valoro muchísimo es su comodidad. Para mí no se siente simplemente como una cinta adhesiva sobre los labios; se siente como un producto cuidadosamente diseñado para una parte muy delicada del rostro.
No acostumbro a entusiasmarme fácilmente con un producto, pero cuando algo produce una diferencia que puedo sentir noche tras noche, merece que lo diga. Mi experiencia con Silentias ha sido excelente y definitivamente ha pasado a formar parte de mi rutina para dormir.

I’ve been using Silentia for a little while now and I’m honestly really impressed with the difference. I noticed an improvement in my sleep almost immediately. I’m waking up less during the night, and my Oura sleep rating actually went from “fair” to “good.”

One of the biggest things I noticed is that I don’t wake up with a dry throat anymore, and I feel much more rested in the morning. My sleep just feels more consistent and less disrupted overall.

I also really like that it’s easy to make part of my nightly routine. No complicated setup or anything uncomfortable to wear, and the materials are soft and breathable.

I’ve definitely become a fan. I’m planning to keep my subscription because I’m sleeping better with it. 😌
